Find the Band Size.
Measure around the rib cage just beneath the breast. Keep the tape
straight and snug around the back. The band size is the
measurement + 4 inches (if measurement is an even number). If the band
size measurement is an odd number, add + 5 inches. For example: if
you measured 32” around the ribcage, the calculation is 32”+ 4”=36. For
odd number measurement, 31”+ 5”=36.
Please note:
If your band
size
measures over 36, you may need to add only 1 to 3 inches. If your band
size measures 38 to 44 inches, you do not need to add any additional
inches. That is your band size.
Verifying the back size.
Measure around the top of your breasts. The measurement
above your breasts should equal, for example, 36. (This measurement should
equal your band size calculation).
Find
the Cup Size. Hold the tape
around the fullest part of the bust. Keep the tape
straight and snug. For example: 40” (cup size measurement) minus
36” (band size measurement) = 4” (cup size). For every inch difference,
you go to the next cup size. |
